Shipping Policy

AJTT LOGISTICS LLC aims to process customer orders promptly and provide reasonable delivery information before and after purchase.

Processing

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders placed during weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery

After an order has been processed, standard delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the destination, carrier, and shipping conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it may be sent to the email address associated with the order.

Carrier tracking information may require some time to become active after the package is transferred to the carrier.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a shipment cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply if a replacement shipment is requested.

Delays

Delivery may be affected by severe weather, carrier interruptions, holidays, high-volume periods, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we determine that an order cannot be shipped within an applicable promised period, we will provide the customer with the notices and options required by applicable law. Delivery Problems

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us so we can review the available shipment information.

If an item arrives damaged, please retain the packaging and contact business@melorvia.shop with your order number and photographs where possible.
